Custom Produced Item Refund & Exchange Policy

Since all items are made on demand, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item we will send a replacement of the same exact (or correct) size and style at no charge. A photo of the damage or incorrect item is needed and can be sent to order.inquiry@www.clothing-by.me with your order number. In some cases the original item may need to be returned to us.

Since all items are created on demand there are no returns or exchanges. If there is a defect in materials or workmanship, the item will be replaced with the same exact item, no sizing or other changes.

No refunds or exchanges are provided for sizing errors. Please review an item’s size chart before purchasing.

Buyer agrees not to ‘charge back’ or otherwise impede payment for an order.

Should action arise from any disagreements user agrees to Jurisdiction of Middle Tennessee and agrees to pay attorney fees, court fees, additional costs, if any.

Tanks, Tees, Raglans and Hoodies take 1-2 weeks to be delivered.
Leggings take approx. 2-4 weeks to be delivered. You will receive a tracking number. Some items may arrive sooner.
If the item you receive is different from what you ordered or damaged, please email us within 3 days at order.inquiry@www.clothing-by.me.
