50% deposit must be paid prior to work beginning. Most orders have a 2-3 week turnaround time. This can change & you will be updated every 2-3 days. Orders are shipping via USPS Priority mail. All orders are custom made, so no refunds or exchanges are available. Please notify me within 3 days of receipt of any errors & we can work to get them fixed as quickly as possible.
